01 | Initial Consultation & Agreement
We start by discussing your project through text, online, or an in-person meeting, whichever suits you best. The focus is to fully understand your needs and reach a mutual agreement on the project's scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget before moving forward. smoothly and to see if there’s anything else you need.
02 | Formal Agreement & Onboarding
After our discussion, we will prepare a detailed project proposal outlining the agreed-upon details. Once you approve it, we will send over the contract, a briefing template, and the initial 50% deposit invoice. The project begins once these documents are signed, the deposit is paid, and the brief is completed.
03 | Creative Development
With everything in place, we begin the creative work, whether it’s branding, graphic design, web development, photography, videography, social media marketing, or any other service you’ve requested. Depending on the complexity, this phase typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, but can extend to 3 to 4 weeks for more intricate projects.
04 | Presentation & Review
Once the initial work is completed, we will present the results to you, either through a online meeting or an in-person review session. We will walk you through our creative decisions, showing how they align with your vision and goals. You will also receive a detailed presentation deck for reference.
05 | Feedback & Refinements
Take some time to review the presentation, and then share your feedback. If adjustments are required, we will make the necessary refinements. Depending on the complexity, revisions might be shared via email or through another detailed presentation.
06 | Finalization & Delivery
After you have approved the final work, we will issue the final invoice. Once payment is received, you will receive all deliverables, organized and ready for immediate use. We also like to check in a few months after project completion to ensure everything is running.
